People are often surprised that Fairlie Sawmill don't have a catalogue, but there's a good reason for that. It would be thicker than War & Peace - everything we do is unique, custom built in our workshops to our customers' individual specifications.
Our craftsmen look like some kind of disastrous genetic experiment, but they are amongst the best in the country and produce beautiful hand-made pieces using quality native hardwoods. If you've the stomach for it you can learn more about these aesthetically challenged wood masters below.

With support from Ron Gilchrist at SCC we are going to establish a showroom and office in the yard at the stone shed. This will take place on or about May 1st.
Kenny has some stock furniture items he is amenable to offers for.

The new sawmill website is bedding in nicely, but as you may well notice, we could do with a few more photos.
With everything being custom built, the work flies out the door and we never seem to get around to getting as many shots as we'd like.
